Have you heard of life coaching and wondered why it seems only available to celebrities and executives and in the main to adults?

Fact there are tens of thousands of trained coaches in the UK now and the research and evidence of its effectiveness is mounting. The DFES and the National College for School Leadership are all acknowledging and promoting the use of coaching within education establishments.

Simply put, coaching is a powerful relationship for supporting an individual/group

to bring out the best in themselves.

Here’s what a few participants from our recent event in Leeds had to say about the day

[Do email us if you want to read more testimonials from previous EYCS events]

"I would just like to say thank you so much for this amazing opportunity. I heard about this course two days ago and I was really excited and I am so glad I came. I have learnt that I can do this, help others and listen to what they have to say. My dream is to be an art teacher and today has helped me so much. By doing my own coaching session today, has helped me plan what I am going to do next and just by talking about it has made me realise that I can do it. With me sticking to my goals, I can achieve them. So thanks for coming to my school today and giving up your free time to help me and my future."

Danielle Hutchinson

"I came today expecting to not take much away from this. But I will readily hold up my hands and admit my judgement is wrong. I am greatful to you for allowing me to participate for free. I have learnt a lot from the programme today and it has inspired me to find a direction for myself, not just career wise but personally. Ive found that today alone, my confidence has grown and I know I can achieve anything I have set my heart on. Nothing is impossible. And I know truly, that those words are extremely truthful. I know now that I can make a difference to my own life but also to that of others. I can make a difference. I can achieve and for that I am forever thankful."

Bev Burnell

"Thank you for organising this event to enable me to attend. It has been great to listen to Harry and has inspired me to make a difference in a way I know I can. It’s also been great to be in a room with like-minded people who also want to make a difference. My dad died last year and its been the ‘desperation’ in that event which made me want to turn my life around and change it to give children the a message not to let life just happen to them but for them to take responsibility for what they do in their life and not to want for a ‘desperate’ thing to happen to them like it did to me to realise. It's taken me 44 years and I want to ‘inspire’ them. That’s why I have come today and I am ‘inspired’ to go out and make that difference from TODAY  thanks!"
